About Me

I’m Holly, the founder of The Inner Hearth.

After years navigating chronic health challenges, including adenomyosis and ADHD, I began rethinking how I approached care, work and wellbeing. Much of what I encountered felt rigid and unsustainable for real life.

As my health shifted, I started building something steadier. First through making small, comforting products, and eventually shaping a business around that foundation.

The Inner Hearth is built around lived experience rather than ideals. It is designed to fit around fluctuating energy, changing capacity and the reality that life is rarely linear.

Why It Exists

The Inner Hearth grew from the recognition that much of the advice around wellbeing does not reflect real life.

Energy fluctuates. Health shifts. Responsibilities change. Not everyone thrives on rigid systems or constant self-improvement.

This space was created to offer something steadier. Support that fits around real capacity rather than demanding more from you.

All cosmetic products are prepared in line with UK regulations and supported by Cosmetic Product Safety Reports. Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, and each batch is recorded for consistency and traceability.

Production is intentionally small batch and paced sustainably. This ensures care, compliance and quality remain central to everything created.
