Confidentiality & Ethical Practice
All readings are conducted with care and confidentiality. Personal information shared during readings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Readings are not suitable for emergencies or mental health crises. If you are in distress or at risk, seek immediate professional support.
Digital Services & Cancellation Rights
Tarot readings, astrology reports, birth charts, and Celestial Hearth services are personalised digital services. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that work begins immediately and that your statutory 14-day cancellation right is waived once the service has been delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
