Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches, public holidays, or postal disruptions, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

Delivery Methods & Costs

Postal Delivery

All postal orders are shipped from Oxfordshire, United Kingdom via Royal Mail tracked services.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Up to 1.5 kg: £3.55
  • 1.51 kg – 2 kg: £5.35
  • Large / Bulk Shipping (over 2 kg): £7.05

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Up to 1.5 kg: £4.45
  • 1.51 kg – 2 kg: £6.25
  • Large / Bulk Shipping (over 2 kg): £8.15

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Timeframe (Legal Notice)

In line with UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional postage costs may apply before the order can be re-sent.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

You can follow your parcel’s progress using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact hello@theinnerhearth.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
